Week 1 - Start your day right!

Congratulations on starting your healing journey! 

This week you will learn about the impact of your morning thoughts and intentions on your energy and the day ahead. You will learn how to get this right before you have even opened your eyes.

Week 10 - Master Peace

This week you will be completing a beautiful energy-healing meditation to help you feel more peaceful, balanced and empowered. 

This is a great session to rebalance you if you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed in life.

Week 11 - Healing your relationship with yourself & others

This week, we will use a number of techniques to clear out negative energy you are holding onto in your relationships. We use an effective cloud energy clearing technique that can still be done as a collective during the replay. Set the intention to work with the collective currently participating in this program. This is a great  session for when you have heavy obstacles and life challenges going on. Stay open minded with this one as I share some new ways of working through energy blocks!

Week 17 - Empower your goals & vision

Week 18 - Activate your Relationship with yourself!

A deep dive session into understanding your relationship with yourself and how this impacts your relationship with others. We hold a lot of old resentments and negative energy towards ourselves and this week we will practice releasing and freeing ourselves from our own shackles.

Complete the session and practice the forgiveness technique on yourself daily if possible or rewatch at least 3 to 5 times this week for best results.

Week 19 - Overcome Relationship Traumas

A deep and powerful healing guiding you to let go of difficulties from your past experiences with relationships, to aid in letting go of trauma, resentments and the challenges of fear in trusting new people into your life. 


This week's healing practice:


Complete the 60 min session, and you can re-listen on replay after 3 days if you feel there is more to clear.

Week 2 - End your day right

This week I will introduce you to an evening meditation to help release any worries or negative energy you may have collected throughout the day! This will positively aid your sleep and general wellbeing.

This week's healing practice:

Practice the evening meditation now and each evening for the next 7 days. You can then use it anytime you feel you need it moving forward.

Week 20- Negative thoughts RESET & Intentional statement.

This week we will be working on clearing negative thoughts once more. I highly recommend you practice this technique everyday this week and ideally up to 40 days especially if you struggle with a pessimistic mindset. 

I would also like you to create a statement that you are going to read straight after you clear the negative thoughts ideally every morning but it can be done in the evening if better. 

You see our subconscious is programmed by society and experiences. By intentionally programming it with what you do want, you will find yourself working on auto pilot and achieving them with ease. 

Here is an example to use, plus an instruction video to guide you.


This weeks healing practice:


Listen to negative thoughts reset daily plus read out the intentional statement you have created for the life you want.

Intentional Statement


We are creating an intentional statement for you to say every morning when you wake up. Do this for a minimum of 40 days, but ideally throughout the program.

It can be helpful to write it out in pen daily for the first 4-7 days to create more power to your statement through the action of writing it out, which adds more magnetic charge. 

The purpose of creating and reciting this intentional statement is to reprogram the subconscious mind to automatically work towards your goals. We call this auto-programming. 

The subconscious mind is made up of energy and also energetic thought forms, which build over time to create a powerful positive or negative effect in our lives. This energy, when negative, is the reason we don’t attract the things we desire.

This technique, combined with your weekly energy healing, works hand in hand to create positive and powerful intentional thoughts.  

The combination of affirmations in this statement will work very effectively alongside the energy work. While the healings are creating space, the affirmations are replacing negative beliefs with new positive intentional belief systems, which over time compound and we will start to automatically think more subconsciously positive as a result! 

Now, we must stay focused and remember even when it feels like things aren’t going to plan.  We must trust and believe that everything is happening for us; it’s all a stepping stone to achieve our desires. Sometimes we are being taken on a better road, so it’s important to stay open minded to continually receiving and being open to what life is bringing you. For example, a friend suggests you go on a certain course, read a certain book or meet a particular person. Stay open and take the action because that person or course/book could be the next step to building your grand plan. 

Over time you will look back and connect the dots and understand why the path you went on was the best path. We currently don’t know the best plan so let it unfold for you. 

Trust that everything is working for you implicitly. Having absolute faith makes this technique also double up as a powerful manifestation method to achieve your desires. 

The statement is pre-written for you below, with the option to add your particular desires and affirmations. Keep the core outline the same, especially the beginning and end, and the phrasing as though already happened. 

Each time you recite the statement, you should start by activating 3 important chakras: the crown, heart and sex. This will activate more emotional energy through your body.

Do this by tapping the top of your head and bringing your attention to it for about 5 secs. 

Then, tap the center of the chest, and bring your focus to your heart energy. 

And finally, bring you attention to your sexual energy (tapping not required). 

The intentional statement - it’s helpful to copy and paste this to somewhere quick to access, like phone notes once complete. 

“In the name of the divine light, (or whatever feels comfortable to you; universe, god, source etc). Today is going to be a great/productive/powerful day. (Amend as required) 

I am so happy I now have a wonderful life generating £X amount of monthly net income through serving the world with my e.g x skills and talents/ by selling high value coaching to entrepreneurs/ supplying high end property rentals to SA market  (This is your how you would like to make this money if you know, your purpose work if you know, maybe it’s your desired work. We need to serve the world and be of value in exchange for receiving our desires karmically). 

I live with my family in a luxury 4 bedroom home in Thailand, I exercise daily eating the most nutritious and delicious foods. I travel business class to wonderful holiday destinations including Rome and California. (This is your lifestyle section, add desires, specific locations, car hobbies and travel etc.

I am emotionally, physically and spiritually balanced and healthy.  I am a confident leader and role model to my community. I’m self- assured, fearless and make bold, courageous decisions in my life and business (anything else that’s important to you here). I have great relationships in every area of my life (add specific people that are already in your life) and spend regular quality time with my loved ones. I love myself and have a deep connection with myself, following my own spiritual path (or inner guidance). I am peaceful and feel self empowered. (This is your affirmation section to step into the person you desire to become).

I will receive further guidance on how to accumulate this life and will confidently follow the intuitive internal and external path as it unfolds, even if it feels unknown and I’ll work through any doubts. (We don’t always know the exact how for desires so this section allows us to work with the universe to receive what we need).

I know this life and money is already mine. 

My faith is so strong that I can now see this money and life before my eyes. I can touch it with my hands. It is now being transferred to me in compounding amounts easily and properly. (Do not change this section) 

In full faith, so be it.”

Once complete, feel free to send a copy to be reviewed before or at next coaching session. 

Then give yourself a few moments to deeply connect and feel the feelings with lots of emotion and joy as though you have already received everything in this statement. 

After this just let it go and go about your day. 

It’s very important not to ponder or worry when will I receive my desires, as this is creating subconscious lack energy and undoing your good work (when you feel this simply re-read your statement and get back into good flow or do an energy technique such as the golden basket) when things go well, be very grateful (Count your blessings) as the wins come in because this habit and energy brings in more (it’s easy to think I only received parts of my intention but this merely changes your flow into lack and brings more lack) You must have absolute faith that it’s already yours.

Week 21 - Letting go of old versions of yourself & heartbreaks

This week is a further deep dive into clearing negativity, old ways of being and many types of heartbreak which create low moods. It’s an important part of the course so don’t skip it as you may think it’s not effecting you but it most likely is and just not in your awareness.

Week 22 - Energy & Grounding technique.

This week we are going to revisit understanding your Energy body and an imperative grounding technique. This will help to reset your energy which is a practice we must do regularly (ideally daily or when you feel a little lost in life) this powerful session helps you to understand the wonderful benefits of grounding to impact your life in so many positive ways. It also has strong energies that are elevating and calming your energy to its optimum. 

Note: I open this and many sessions by asking you to take your hands to the heart, this activates your heart and crown energy in preparation to release and heal your energy. We start by setting an intention for the session and call on higher forces for help and assistance. If I use any language you don’t feel comfortable with, perhaps replace those words with what feels good to you. Let’s not let language divide us, this is your healing journey and I’m just your guide.

Week 23 - The confidence matrix

In this powerful healing session, we will work through clearing negative emotions effecting your self esteem and confidence. You will receive new energy charges to lift you into more courage, confidence and will power to follow your dreams.

Week 24 - Energy Calibration

Welcome back... you are doing so well!

This is the greatest work you will ever do for yourself.

In this transformative session we will work through negative emotional imprints whilst simultaneously expanding your energy!  A complete energy reset.

Week 25 - Break free from toxic relationships, soul contracts and karmic relationships

Welcome back! We are going to work on relationships in a different or more deeper way this week. 

A reminder that a change happens in your energy in layers, and it’s super important to trust the process we are taking you through! Even if you feel you don’t have any challenging relationships, it’s important to work through this week's session and stay open minded.

Work through this session 3 to 4 times if possible. You may find each time you will become aware of a new person or situation you wish to let go of.

Week 26 - Master Peace

Welcome back! We hope you have had a great week. It’s very normal to experience anxious feelings, this is due to many factors and especially our busy lives and environmental conditions that we live in today. 

In this weeks session we will be working on overcoming overwhelm and anxiety.

You can repeat this session up to 3 times this week and come back to it anytime you feel stressed in life.

Week 27- Become Fearless & Unstoppable

Fear is the emotion causing anxiety and it holds us back from growing in all areas of our lives 

In this weeks powerful session I will help you clear out old experiences you went through causing this in your life and leave you feeling more confident and courageous!

Week 3 - Understanding your energy & grounding technique

This week you will learn about your body's energy and an important grounding technique.

I will help you to understand the wonderful benefits of grounding to impact your life in so many positive ways. Grounding helps to create more peace, balance and clarity in our mindset.

This week's healing practice:

Practise the grounding technique video 2 to 3 times this week and aim to incorporate it into your morning routine by remembering your grounding cord as soon as you step out of bed.

NB: This is an energy process. Remember to drink extra water.

Week 4 - The power of thoughts

This week I will explain the impact of our thoughts and how they start to affect our language and behavior and life.

I share an effective clearing technique to help you start to curb the habit of thinking negatively.

This technique can be used when you’re struggling with negative thoughts at any time. Do revisit this session regularly.

Week 5 - Meeting the Child Within

WELL DONE  FOR GETTING THIS FAR! 

Do reward yourself for staying consistent.

This week's focus is to connect and develop your relationship with yourself. This starts with you meeting your inner child and repairing this most important relationship.

I will take you through a meditation healing process.

I will start and end the session by asking you to take your hands to the heart to activate the energy centre and by setting clear intentions.

It includes a powerful self-forgiveness technique to release any personal resentments and bring through more self-love. 


This weeks healing practice:

Aim to listen to the video 5 times this week, because each time you do this, you improve the inner relationship further and bring forward more peaceful feelings.

NB. For some this session can bring up some emotion, give yourself space to process these and maybe get out in nature to clear the feelings if they arise.

Week 6 - Why Fear is sabotaging your success & how to overcome this!

This weeks focus is understanding and starting to let go of your fears. 

Listen to this insightful lecture towards understanding fear.

I also share a powerful technique for you to practice this week to start shifting and releasing your current fears. 

This weeks healing practice: 

Practice the mini clip 2-3 times this week, each time releasing any fears or negative thoughts that are coming to mind. 

Remember healing is a process, and you're aim is not to release everything in one day or this week even, but you will make significant improvements as the weeks go on.

Don’t force or rush things, as this is actually unhelpful and more unsettling. Allow your body to feel comfortable and go with the flow.

Week 7 - Developing your inner relationship

This week I take you through a deep emotional healing session to reconnect you further with your child self & help you to let go of more of the fears that hold you back in life! 

Important: Energy healing is a gentle and effective way to let go of old emotions stored in the body and energetic field. This and other longer sessions may bring up feelings you are not aware of, give yourself space and do not respond to the feelings. Just observe them and let them pass. Get out in nature, drink lots of water. Just because we have an emotion come up, it doesn’t mean we have to do anything with it. Just know it’s subconscious energy passing through. Let it pass by and don’t overthink it. We advise not to have any important conversations or avoid stressful environments after your longer healing sessions. Give yourself time to process.

Week 8 - The Art of letting go - Self Forgiveness

This week I will talk you through a very effective way to let go of things in life that no longer serve you. I talk you through understanding forgiveness and how to implement this as a way of life. I share an effective self forgiveness technique that I advise you use moving forward anytime you have negative feelings towards yourself. You will start to experience true peace within when you stop allowing your negative feelings towards others and yourself to impact your life.

Week 9 - Family Bonds

We learnt about relationships through our parents and sometimes this relationship may be strained. It’s very important to have the opportunity to work through this relationship and let go of any resentments and negative feelings as they are unknowingly impacting your other relationships.

Listen to this session 3-5 times this week, more if you feel it’s an area that needs attention before moving onto next weeks sessions.
